Let's not go down that road. VRR is cool and definitely should be added ASAP, but it's not a practical solution, when 99% of TVs don't have it.
1800p might not make much of a difference. We'll be able to verify this when the full game comes out, but Capcom suggesting that Series X does not perform better than PS5 points me to a CPU bottleneck with the BVH structure.

That would be happening regardless you dunce. The main cost driver is servers and bandwidth for people do re-download content without any new revenue. 45fps is unstable by definition, unless you're on VRR. A regular display will only do 60hz, so every third frame is being duplicated causing a constant judder.
